I have e-mailed extensively with Jenn if you have any questions comments or concerns please feel free to let either myself or Jenn know. I believe the Oleans meetup is as usual and I will be at The Hotel on the 11th, check in is at three. Maybe we can hang out on the beach or by the pool...Do not forget to RSVP cause those that don't will NOT be expected.

Andrea, this Hotel idea is a great one but I'd prefer it if you'd get the definate okay from me before you just go off and post something like this. You did not tell me you reserved the hotel, just suggested it to me. I do not want to butt heads with you. This is your first and only warning. Until I say to you: Okay, Andrea go ahead and set up the hotel thing and get it ready for me, do not. I would normally send this to you in a private email, but I want to be sure everyone knows this is not a 'go' thing. Before anything happens in any future meetup there will be a vote. Until those voting come up with a decision, and I APPROVE, the meetups will continue at The Orleans.

Okay, for the time being, this July 11th meetup is not going to go on. If anyone wants to go, go ahead, but like I said, this will be a vote with the entire group. Since I've only gotten two suggestions on a middle-of-the-month meetup, I shall put them in a poll and anyone interested in going to either may cast their vote. Next month, in August, we will have the winning place mid-month, and the runner up will be in September, and so on and so forth.
